| Q. | When do I have to have my registration in so I get the t-shirt and Pin? |

| Q. | If I decide to go to the rally after registration closes how do I sign up? |
| A. | You can sign up on site when you get to one of the rally stops along the way. |
| Q. | If I sign up late do I get the t-shirt and pin? |
| A. | T-shirts are a benefit of pre-registration. Those who sign up on site will get a rally pin while supplies last. |
| Q. | Does Oregon have a helmet law? |
| A. | Yes – and if you are planning on doing the Washington rally before the Oregon Rally or riding into Washington, they are very strict on non DOT helmets. |
| Q. | Does my HOG number need to be active? |
| A. | Yes – this rally is HOG sponsored and does require an active membership to join the ride |
| Q. | Is the rally open to the public? |
| A. | NO, it’s a HOG member event but you can bring one non HOG member as a guest for every current HOG member. |
| Q. | Do we wear a wrist band for the whole event? |
| A. | Yes, you will need to be wearing a wrist band for the whole rally to get you the benefits that the rally offers |
| Q. | Do we need to sign a release form? |
| A. | Yes, everyone will be signing a liability waiver when you sign in. |
| Q. | Will the rally still be on if it rains? |
| A. | Rain or Shine. You Betcha! It will still be an awesome ride! |
| Q. | What are the registration hours and where? |
| A. | At the opening of the Washington rally August 20 from 3 to 7 we will be offering pre-registrations only. We will NOT be handing out packets. This may change so check back, we will coordinate with WA Rally registration hours. We will register on site at Pendleton 2 pm to 5:30 pm @ Happy Canyon Aug 24 Registration will be open from 6:30 am to 8am in the lobby @ the Red Lion in Pendleton Aug 25 Registration in Bend 5 pm -6 pm Aug 25 @ Cascade HD & 6:30 am - 7:30 am Aug 26 @ the Riverhouse Hotel Medford Aug 26 5:30 pm - 6 pm @ D&S HD & Aug 27 6:30 am -7 am @ the Red Lion Hotel Lobby No registration in Coos Bay set unless otherwise requested. |
| Q. | What is the registration fee? |
| A. | The registration fee for H.O.G. members and guests will be $50 each. Non H.O.G. members/guests will not get a T-shirt – HOG rules. |
| Q. | Do you pay the same fee even if you catch the rally after the beginning? |
| A. | Yes, unfortunately we are unable to pro rate the fees. |
| Q. | If something comes up after I register and pay that I can’t go can I get a refund? |
| A. | No, we are unable to make refunds, we have budgeted the registrations and incurred costs for the various activities we have scheduled. |
| Q. | Is my registration transferable? |
| A. | NO |
| Q. | If I can’t attend every day do I have to pay for the whole rally? |
| A. | Yes, again we are not in a position to be able to pro rate the registration for so many possible scenarios. |
| Q. | What will I receive with my registration? |
| A. | You will receive a Rally T-Shirt and Rally Pin along with a packet with various information /coupons for local restaurants to dine at. |
| Q. | Can I volunteer and if I do, does it cut my registration fee down? |
| A. | No but we would love to have you volunteer. If you have something special you would like to do please notify one of the rally committee members and we will fix you up! And THANKS for volunteering. |
| Q. | What size T-shirts will be available? |
| A. | Small - 3XL |
| Q. | Can I purchase extra T-shirts and pins for friends at home? |
| A. | We will have limited T-shirts for sale at the rally--you can not pre-order them. But no promises as they may be snatched up by on site registrants as we are limited by HOG on how many T-shirts we can pre-order. |
| Q. | What is the registration fee for a child/minor? |
| A. | TBA |
| Q. | Will there be vendors? |
| A. | There will not be any vendors at this event. |
| Q. | If I have mechanical issues is there a dealer close by? |
| A. | We will be at dealerships for each stop so you shouldn’t have any issue finding mechanical assistance. |
| Q. | Will there be room for trailers at the host hotel? |
| A. | There should be, but it would be best to call hotels to make sure. |
| Q. | Are there campgrounds available? |
| A. | We are working on this answer and will post when we have one. But if you need an answer sooner, please e-mail us and ask the specific question & location and we'll do our best to help you. |

| A. | Yes………………………….. |
| Q. | Is there a formal meal supplied by the rally at any point along the rally? |
| A. | Some food will be available by the dealers when we stop there but not a formal dinner will be offered. |
| Q. | If I don’t make the rally after I’ve paid will you mail my package/T-shirt/Pin? |
| A. | We will not be mailing any non claimed packages however if you send a note with someone we will release yours to your designated friend. |
| Q. | Will there be a limit to registrations? |
| A. | No, but please pre register so we can plan the event to the fullest. |
| Q. | How many places along the route can one check in? |
| A. | a. You can register on site at Vancouver, WA (Columbia Motors) at same time registration begins for the WA State Rally since the Or State Rally backs up the WA one in 2010. But this is on site and not considered Pre registration so there will not be a T-shirt available for you. We had to put the order for T-shirts in months ago. b.
